Terms of Service

Muscle Masters Therapy provides Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) services from 56 Crystalhill Drive, Brampton, Ontario. Our treatments are provided by a therapist registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from your physician.

Appointments are booked through our online platform (Jane App) or by phone. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your contact details and health history. You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment for yourself, or have consent from a parent/guardian.

Current rates for each service are listed on our Jane App booking page. Payment is due at the time of service unless we have arranged direct billing with your insurer. Where direct billing is used, any amount not covered by your plan is your responsibility.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Full details are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Written consent is obtained before every treatment. You may pause, modify, or end a treatment at any time. Conduct that is aggressive, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate — including any sexualization of treatment — will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service. Massage therapy is a regulated health profession; boundaries are set by the CMTO and are non-negotiable.

All content on this website — copy, images, layout, and logos — is the property of Muscle Masters Therapy or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission.
• Use the site in a way that could damage or overload it.
• Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

We use trusted third-party services to run the clinic, including Jane App for booking and records and Google Maps for directions. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies which apply when you use them.

The information on this website is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Masters Therapy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or its content. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
